Usually, yes. Calls that come in early in the day are often fixed the same day, and our trucks carry the common springs, cables, rollers and opener parts.
Lubricating and cleaning sensors is fine. Springs and cables hold hundreds of pounds of tension and cause serious injuries; leave those to a trained technician.
Field crews run 24 hours Sunday through Thursday and until 2 PM on Friday. There is no field service on Saturday, but you can still call to book.
