We Fix the Gate and the Operator
A gate problem is often mechanical, not electrical. A sagging leaf, a seized hinge or a worn wheel makes the operator work harder until it fails. We check the gate itself, re-hang or re-level it, and weld or replace hardware before we touch the electronics.
Then we test the operator, limits, force settings, photo eyes, edges and loops so the gate opens smoothly and stops for people, pets and cars, as California safety rules require.

Swing gates
Single or double leaves on hinges, driven by arm or pad-mounted operators. Hinges, posts and arm brackets are the usual wear points.

Sliding gates
Roll along a ground track or cantilever. Wheels, track, chain and the gear on the operator take the wear. Debris on the track is a common culprit.

Both. We re-hang sagging gates, replace hinges and wheels, straighten track and do on-site welding.
Most operators have a manual release, usually a key or lever on the unit. If you are not sure where it is, call us and we will walk you through it.
Field crews run 24 hours Sunday through Thursday and until 2 PM on Friday. There is no field service on Saturday, but you can still call to book.
